FOR U.S. WORKSHOPS
CREWORKS 10L Ultrasonic Cleaner: Specs, Basket Fit & Limitations
What the maker lists, how the basket shape compares, and the questions that still need verification.

Research-based verdict: The CREWORKS DUC-BK10-US 10-liter digital ultrasonic-cleaner family is worth investigating if you need a relatively broad bench-top basket rather than simply the biggest tank label. Its manufacturer lists a basket measuring 11.1 × 8.5 × 4.7 inches, a 10L tank class and separate ultrasound/heater controls. But these published figures do not prove that your whole carburetor will fit—or that any particular cleaning result will follow.
We have not purchased, operated, measured or tested this machine. The Amazon research ASIN B0BN1NWBZY is provisionally associated with this product family. We still need primary-source proof of the exact model supplied in the selected U.S. listing, its matching manual, U.S. voltage and a current in-stock offer. We therefore do not award a “best” badge or provide an Amazon purchase button.
Who is this family potentially for?
The most relevant shopper is a U.S. home mechanic or small-engine enthusiast who is working with approved, disassembled metal parts and finds the available basket clearance of a small cleaner too limiting.
This type of buyer may be weighing a wider basket against the added footprint, solution volume and care that larger equipment can require. The device should be selected for measured part-to-basket fit and documented safe use—not because 10L is assumed superior to 6L.
If your work is limited to a few removable jets and small fittings, the additional tank size may offer little practical advantage. If you rarely clean compatible parts at all, a service or approved manual method may be a better use of money and workspace.
The model-identity issue comes first
“CREWORKS 10L” does not identify a single machine. CREWORKS lists several 10L variants, including an ordinary DUC-L010-00 family, a digital Degas/Gentle DUC-BK10-US family, and an elongated long-tank configuration. They have different basket proportions, heater claims and controls.
For this assessment we use specifications from the manufacturer’s DUC-BK10-US family page, not from the standard or elongated models. The Amazon ASIN in our seed register is a research identifier, not proof that the current U.S. child offer ships the exact family hardware described below.
Before calling a retailer variant verified, we want its manufacturer SKU/model code, nameplate voltage, product images consistent with that code and a matching official manual. A third-party manual transcription can be a lead, but not an adequate replacement for a primary manufacturer manual when the listing has conflicting statements.

The manufacturer’s product page also says its own direct-shop offer is sold out at the time checked. That is not evidence about stock or pricing for Amazon.com. Do not transfer the maker’s displayed sale price to an Amazon product card.
Basket fit: the strongest reason to examine this model
For carburetor projects, the basket geometry may be the most useful feature. Published dimensions suggest a broad rectangular basket compared with some compact or long-and-narrow models.
But manufacturer-listed dimensions do not necessarily provide the actual clear inside space. Wires, handles, rounded corners and the position of the basket in the tank can all matter. You also need to consider the allowed fill range, displacement of liquid, lid clearance and whether the part can be fully immersed safely.
For example, a disassembled part measuring 7 × 4 × 3 inches might look compatible with the listed dimensions on paper. That is a purely hypothetical example, not a measured carburetor or confirmed real fit; it still requires a usable clearance measurement and permitted cleaning-material check.
If you work with carburetor components regularly, use these questions:
- What is the make/model of the component, and which pieces are approved for ultrasonic cleaning after disassembly?
- What are the largest part’s actual dimensions, including protruding fittings?
- Can the maker confirm usable inside-basket dimensions, rather than only an external basket envelope?
- Can the part remain appropriately immersed at the specified bath level, with circulation and the supplied basket in place?
- Does the exact selected machine’s manual permit the loading arrangement and chosen cleaning agent?
If even one critical answer is unavailable, treat fit as unverified, not “likely to work” without qualification.
Power ratings: distinguish the heater from ultrasonic output
The manufacturer advertises 240W standard ultrasonic operation, a 120W Gentle mode and a 600W heater. These describe different parts of the system. You cannot add heater watts to ultrasonic watts and call the sum “cleaning power.”
We have not measured acoustic output, electricity use, bath warm-up rates or temperature accuracy. Nor have we compared cleaning outcomes with competing units under controlled conditions. Advertised power figures help distinguish configurations, but they cannot establish which cleaner removes a particular soil more effectively.
The manufacturer also lists 40kHz operating frequency. Frequency alone is not a universal effectiveness rating; cleaning chemistry, loading, soil, permitted part materials and machine construction remain important.
What about Degas and Gentle modes?
CREWORKS markets Degas as a mode intended to remove entrained/dissolved gas in a fresh cleaning bath, and Gentle as reduced ultrasound intensity. These can be useful interface features, but the actual control behavior and permissible process need to be confirmed against the exact machine’s official manual.
A key uncertainty is the timer configuration: manufacturer text distinguishes standard 1–30 minutes and extended 1–99 minutes, while some Amazon listing sections describe up to 30 minutes differently. We will not claim that every selected child variant has a 99-minute operating option or recommend a specific cycle based on that discrepancy.
Longer timer capability is not permission to run indefinitely, bypass duty-cycle limits or ignore the chemical and part maker’s restrictions.
Cleaning solutions and materials: do not guess
Carburetor assemblies can contain mixed materials, coatings, seals and residues. This model’s marketing descriptions do not establish that every carburetor material or solvent is safe.
Follow the exact selected cleaner’s supplied manual, the cleaning product’s SDS/TDS and the component manufacturer’s guidance. Use only approved agents for the equipment and parts. Avoid gasoline and other flammable liquids, pressure-sealing or pressurizing the tank, and improvised high-temperature processes.
As an independent safety-reference example, the official Elmasonic Easy manual instructs users of that model family not to use flammable liquids and to follow cleaning-agent SDS and suitability requirements. Its operating parameters are not a substitute for a CREWORKS manual. Source: Elma official manual ↗.
A visually clean exterior does not prove internal carburetor passages have cleared, nor does it guarantee restored engine function. Mechanical inspection and proper service remain necessary.
How does it compare to other sizes?
CREWORKS 3L knob family
CREWORKS lists a nominal 3L knob model-family basket measuring 8.9 × 5.0 × 3.5 inches. That may be sufficient for suitably small, detached parts, but cannot be generalized to whole carburetor bodies. The 10L family has different proportions and controls, so this is a workflow choice, not a cleaning-performance contest. CREWORKS 3L source ↗.
An elongated CREWORKS 10L family
A separate long-tank 10L product-family page lists an 18.5 × 3.9 × 4.7-inch basket. It is longer but much narrower; this illustrates why “same liters” does not mean “same fit.” Do not transfer its 300W heater, basket or timer to this 600W-heater family. CREWORKS elongated 10L source ↗.
VEVOR 6L digital research candidate
A research listing for B01HGNYO0U describes a 6L class machine, but its heater figures conflict among listing sections. We cannot recommend a head-to-head “winner,” present an exact spec comparison or call the VEVOR an equivalent alternative until its selected hardware, manual, basket and U.S. offer are verified.
Pros and limitations based on sourced information
Potential advantages worth evaluating
- Broad manufacturer-listed basket geometry relative to some smaller/elongated families.
- Separate ultrasonic and heater figures rather than one undefined wattage.
- Advertised Degas/Gentle features and selectable controls, subject to exact model verification.
- Manufacturer provides dimensional data detailed enough for initial screening.
Important limitations
- No independent proof of usable inside-basket clearance or fit for a particular carburetor.
- No hands-on cleaning, warm-up, noise, reliability or longevity tests by Ultrasonic Compass.
- Exact selected Amazon US offer, voltage and supplied official manual not confirmed.
- Conflicting timer descriptions require direct model-specific documentation.
- Manufacturer direct-shop “sold out” does not establish Amazon US stock.
Frequently asked questions
Can the CREWORKS 10L clean an entire carburetor?
Perhaps some permitted, suitably disassembled components will fit, but we cannot verify fit for a whole carburetor without measurements, parts compatibility and working-liquid clearance.
Is the 600W heater the same as 600W ultrasonic power?
No. The manufacturer lists 600W heating separately from 240W standard ultrasonic output.
Does the machine definitely have a 99-minute timer?
The manufacturer family page describes extended settings, but the exact Amazon-selected hardware/manual and differing listing descriptions remain unresolved. Confirm the exact unit before relying on that function.
Is the listed basket size the measured inside dimension?
No independent inside-basket measurement has been made for this assessment. Treat it as the maker’s stated basket dimensions only.
Is the Amazon listing in stock now?
Not verified. We have not confirmed the current U.S. child variant’s offer, seller, price or shipping availability.
Our conclusion
The CREWORKS DUC-BK10-US 10L family is an interesting documented broad-basket candidate, not a tested winner or an approved purchase recommendation. For a buyer deciding between small-part and larger-workshop jobs, its published basket geometry is useful—but only after the actual part and selected machine have been verified.
The next required checks are the exact U.S. model/nameplate and manual for research ASIN B0BN1NWBZY, real inside-basket clearance, and a fresh Amazon.com US offer. Until then, treat this page as a source-based technical assessment, not a sales recommendation.
